Biography:

JaKayla Robinson is from Charlotte, NC. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health from East Carolina University. During her undergraduate career, JaKayla was a member of various student organizations including Queen In You where she had the opportunity of serving on the executive board as vice president and secretary. JaKayla has also obtained her CHES certification to further demonstrate her commitment to improving necessary health education and promotion skills and knowledge. JaKayla chose to pursue a Master of Health Administration degree at UNC Charlotte to gain a greater understanding of leading and cultivating quality healthcare environments through the instruction and experiences offered by the program. She aspires to be an executive leader in a hospital system or a government health agency to lead operations and create positive influences on all directly associated with the agency and the community that it serves.

In her free time, JaKayla enjoys music, reading, watching 90s sitcoms or cooking shows, and spending time with family and friends.
