Biography:

Chanie was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and is a proud Navy veteran and caring mother of three. She is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics and Analytics at UNC Charlotte. Chanie was inspired to enter the field of healthcare administration after witnessing her maternal grandmother experience healthcare inequities that ultimately led to her passing. This life-changing experience motivated her to advocate for more equitable and effective healthcare systems. Combining her passion for leadership with her skills in data analytics, Chanie aims to focus her career on improving healthcare operations and policies through evidence-based decision-making. She is dedicated to creating compassionate, efficient, and data-driven solutions that enhance patient outcomes and expand access to quality care for underserved communities.
