Khushbu, originally from Concord, North Carolina, is pursuing her Master of Health Administration (MHA) at UNC Charlotte to deepen her expertise in healthcare leadership and community-focused management. She was drawn to the program’s commitment to advancing health equity and preparing leaders who drive meaningful change across diverse care settings. Khushbu is passionate about improving access to healthcare for uninsured and underserved populations. Her primary focus is on women’s health, particularly addressing gaps in care for endometriosis. She aspires to build and lead programs that expand equitable access to quality care, empower patients through education, and improve outcomes for women in marginalized communities.
