She chose to pursue her Master of Health Administration at UNC Charlotte to further her understanding of healthcare systems and strengthen her ability to lead in a field that directly impacts the well-being of her community. With a background in Health Systems Management and Communication Studies, Mikenzie is passionate about improving patient experiences and promoting equitable access to quality care. Her decision to attend UNC Charlotte’s MHA program was driven by the university’s strong reputation, diverse learning environment, and commitment to developing future healthcare leaders. In her career, Mikenzie aims to focus on healthcare operations and patient relations, striving to create efficient, compassionate, and inclusive healthcare environments.
