Biography:

Samantha Cisney is a North Carolina native, growing up in Greensboro. She completed her undergraduate degree at UNC Charlotte and decided to stay here for the MHA program after falling in love with the campus and the community. In her career, she hopes to go into human resources or Quality to continue her passion of working with employees to improve their experiences. She also hopes forward to working in hospitals and healthcare settings while also simultaneously improving patient experiences. She has a large interest in the burnout crisis facing the healthcare community and wants to be a part of the systemic solution to this issue.
