Biography:

Ashlei Pettus is from Charlotte, North Carolina and recently graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management. She chose the UNC Charlotte MHA program because she believes this program to be very strong and will bring great leadership and experience while also being able to build connections within Charlotte’s healthcare community. She is interested in quality improvement and hopes her career is focused on enhancing healthcare quality, improving patient outcomes, and increasing the overall efficiency of healthcare organizations.
