Master of Health Administration

The Department of Public Health Sciences’ Healthcare Management Advisory Board provides strategic guidance to meet the region’s healthcare workforce development and training needs through an evolving portfolio of courses and programs in health administration and health services research. The Board provides advice and direction on the program’s current efforts in conjuction with accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME). The Board is currently comprised of a range of administrators from acute care settings, non-profit agencies, community services, and consulting organizations from the greater Charlotte-Mecklenburg County area.
