Biography:

Erica Bauer graduated from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, in the spring of 2022. Originally stuck between taking a gap year or attending grad school, Erica chose to continue her education with UNCC’s MHA program. She hopes to focus on operations management, and ultimately run a community health center or operate her own clinic.

In her free time, Erica enjoys reading, exploring Charlotte’s greenways and food scene, as well as spending time with her cat, Toby.
