Biography:

Arnav Gandhi is from Cary, North Carolina, and is passionate about improving how health care systems serve communities. As the first graduate of UNC Greensboro’s Human Health Sciences program, he developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and the business side of health care. During his studies, Arnav worked with Cone Health on community and process improvement initiatives and gained hands-on experience at Cape Fear Valley Health, where he observed how operational design directly impacts patient care and staff efficiency. He chose to attend UNC Charlotte’s Master of Health Administration program to strengthen his leadership skills and gain a deeper understanding of how innovation and data-driven management can transform care delivery. The program’s focus on real-world application and health system improvement aligns closely with his long-term vision. In his career, Arnav aims to combine entrepreneurship and health administration to develop solutions that enhance efficiency, expand access, and make health care more human-centered and sustainable.
