Connor Gibbs

Biography:

Connor Gibbs is a Charlotte native who chose UNC Charlotte’s Master of Health Administration program because of his goal to earn graduate degrees in both Business Administration and Health Administration. He currently, works at Atrium Health as a Cytogenetic Technologist, where he collaborates with physicians and pathologists in oncological and constitutional diagnoses. Through this role, he has developed a strong understanding of clinical and laboratory aspects of patient care. In his career Connor wishes to spearhead initiatives to improve patient care in a hospital or laboratory setting. In the future, he hopes to lead high performing teams to exceed expectations, driving improvements that establish a high benchmark for patient experience throughout the healthcare industry.
