Biography:
Esha Patel is from Columbia, South Carolina, and is an incoming Master of Health Administration student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, where she developed a passion for improving healthcare through leadership, operations, and community engagement. She chose UNC Charlotte’s MHA program because of its strong emphasis on experiential learning, leadership development, and connections with Charlotte’s leading healthcare systems, providing the ideal environment to prepare for a career in healthcare administration. Esha aspires to build a career focused on healthcare operations and strategic leadership, to improve organizational efficiency while enhancing the patient experience. Through the MHA program, she hopes to gain the knowledge, practical experience, and professional network needed to become a compassionate and effective healthcare leader.
