Biography:

Grace is originally from Cary, North Carolina, where she was born and raised before moving to Concord at the age of fifteen. She chose to attend UNC Charlotte’s Master of Health Administration program because of its strong academic reputation, supportive faculty, and close connections to the region’s dynamic healthcare systems. She was drawn to the program’s focus on both leadership and practical experience, which she believes will prepare her well for the challenges of today’s healthcare landscape. She is passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes, especially in underserved communities. Her goal is to focus her career on healthcare operations and community health, where she can help create more efficient, equitable, and patient-centered systems of care.
