Biography:
Luke Hoyle is from Belmont, North Carolina, and has lived in the greater Charlotte area his entire life. He chose to attend UNC Charlotte’s Master of Health Administration Program to deepen his understanding of healthcare beyond the clinical side and to learn how to apply strategic and operational concepts to real-world challenges. From a young age, Luke was drawn to the medical field and recognized that his strengths and interests aligned with healthcare leadership. He values the collaborative nature of administrative roles in promoting quality patient care and driving organizational improvement. Luke aims to focus his career on administrative positions within clinical settings, where he can bridge the gap between care delivery and management to foster meaningful, community-centered impact.
